Volunteers help create a welcoming and enjoyable festival experience for thousands of visitors. Roles can include setup and pack-down, information support, activities, crowd assistance and behind-the-scenes coordination.

STALLHOLDER APPLICATIONS
We are inviting stallholders to be part of our festival and showcase their products, services, or creations to a wide and enthusiastic audience. Opportunities are available for a variety of stall types, including food and beverage, handmade crafts, art, retail, and interactive experiences.
We welcome both established businesses and emerging creators who are passionate about engaging with the community.

ENTERTAINMENT EOI
We are always seeking talented and engaging performers, artists, and entertainment providers to be part of our festival. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills to a diverse and enthusiastic audience, contribute to a vibrant program, and be part of a memorable experience.
We welcome a range of entertainment, including (but not limited to) stage performances, interactive and family-friendly acts, art installations, street performers, and participatory workshops.
If you are passionate about entertaining and connecting with an audience, we encourage you to submit your EOI, including details of your performance, technical requirements, and past experience.
VOLUNTEER EOI
We are inviting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of volunteers for our upcoming event. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
There are opportunities across a range of roles, including event setup and pack-down, information tent support, crowd management, activity support, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Whether you have previous event experience or are looking to get involved in your community, we welcome your energy, skills, and passion.
